Description: The Roe v Wade battle is heading to the Senate floor. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer announced he will be putting a bill to codify the controversial issue up for a vote on Wednesday, amid more concerns of the targeting of churches and pro-life organizations. Minority Whip John Thune says, "Regardless of what side you're on in the debate, you should be willing to stand up for the rule of law and integrity of our institutions. That shouldn't be a partisan issue." Schumer has filed a motion leading to final vote on the Women's Health Protection Act to codify Roe v Wade. Democratic Senator and a Catholic, Joe Manchin, says he will not support the bill. Capitol Hill Correspondent, Erik Rosales reports.
